Boys' Brigade

AMKPC supports the Boys' Brigade ministry in two schools: the 27th Singapore Company (Senior) at Presbyterian High School and the 22J Singapore Company (Junior) at Anderson Primary School. Through these ministries, we seek to nurture boys in character, leadership and faith.

Through weekly parades, camps, adventure, leadership development, community service and Christian Education, boys are nurtured in character, leadership and faith. Guided by the pillars of Personal Mastery, Leadership, Community Spiritedness and Global Awareness, we seek to develop confident young men who grow in responsibility, resilience and compassion, equipping them to serve God and others with integrity.

At the heart of our ministry is a desire to see Christ's Kingdom advance through the next generation. Through weekly parades, camps and mentoring relationships, our Officers and volunteers intentionally invest in every boy by providing guidance, encouragement and godly role models, faithfully sharing the love and hope of Christ through both word and example.

The Boys' Brigade ministry is deeply woven into the life of AMKPC. Each year, members from across the church serve alongside our two BB companies in events such as the Combined Enrolment Parades, BB CARES, Share-A-Gift Internal Delivery and Secondary 1 Recruit Camps, demonstrating our shared commitment of advancing Christ's Kingdom.

One unique expression of this partnership is the annual Share-A-Gift Internal Delivery, where AMKPC and both companies come together to serve beneficiaries in our community. This collaboration provides a meaningful opportunity for boys, parents, officers and church members to serve side by side, reflecting Christ's love through practical acts of service.

By God's grace, the seeds sown through this ministry continue to bear fruit long after a boy graduates. Many former Boys' Brigade members now serve faithfully within AMKPC as ministry leaders, deacons and even pastors. Their lives stand as a testimony to God's faithfulness and inspire us to keep investing in the next generation.
