Finishing Well, Together
The Senior Adult Ministry is a Christ-centred community for those aged 60 years and above. Those younger can also join us. The ministry aims for senior believers to flourish and bear fruit on the platforms of Care, Contribution and Connectedness.
We meet on the 1st and 3rd Thursday mornings in small groups for a time of sharing, bible study and prayer. Outings and seminars are held regularly. Places visited include parks, nature trails and museums. Seminars provide biblical perspectives on topics like health and wellness, IT, finances and retirement. Pastoral care and volunteer work to serve others are also part of what we do.
The righteous flourish like the palm tree and grow like a cedar in Lebanon. They are planted in the house of the LORD; they flourish in the courts of our God. They still bear fruit in old age; they are ever full of sap and green (Ps 92:12-14)
