Where do you need to hear God’s gracious “Yet”, and to know that because of Christ, your failure is not the end of your story?

Main point: To enjoy God’s presence, we need a heart that is humble in repentance and responsive to Him. Introduction 1. God’s Glory Departs From The Temple (Ezekiel 10:1-4; 15-16, 18- 20; Ezekiel 11:22-23) 2. The Cauldron And The Meat (Ezekiel 11: 1-8; 10-12) 3. God Scatters Them, God Also Sustain Them (Ezekiel 11:16, 21-25) Reflection - Have we become too comfortable in our faith that we no longer sense God’s presence? - When was the last time you truly sensed God’s presence - His peace, conviction, or joy stirring your heart? - What step of humility or obedience might God be asking you to take so that His presence becomes real again in your life?

Main point: Those whom God calls, He empowers, encourages, and sustains by His word. Introduction 1. We serve because of who God is. - The vision of God (Ezekiel 1) - The Cross of Christ (Mark 10:45) 2. God empowers those He calls 3. The ministry will be difficult, but be the “prophet among them” 4. “Be not afraid…” - God desires faithfulness more than fruitfulness 5. “Eat” the Word Reflection: - How are you serving in ways God has gifted you today? - How does God’s word nourish you as you serve the Lord? How can you cultivate a habit to “eat” God’s word (Ezekiel 3:1-3)?

Main Point – Christ instituted His church to be victorious; let’s steward it to win souls! 1. The Person of Jesus Christ – “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God (v16).” 2. The Promise of Jesus Christ – “I will build my church… (v18)” 3. The Call of Jesus Christ – “I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, … (v19)”

Introduction : Is there still a need for missions today? 1. What is not God’s mission (vs 1-2) 2. What to do on a mission trip (vs 3-9) 3. The long term impact of short term missions (vs 10 – 19) Reflection: Will you go when God calls you by name?

Main Point: Every believer is called to participate in God’s mission by supporting, serving, and partnering with God’s workers. 1. Support God’s Worker (v1-2) 2. Faithfully play our part (v3-15) 3. Unite around God’s mission (v16) Reflection: - How does Romans 16 change your understanding of who participates in God’s mission? - What has God entrusted to you that you can use to support His work? - What is one practical step you will take this week to become a more faithful sender?
