Love is Others Centred (vv 4 -7) 3. Love Never Ends (vv8 -13) Reflection •When I do something for my parents or my children, am I motivated mainly by my own interests, or am I truly seeking their good?” •What simple, everyday actions can I practice that reflect Christ’s selfless love in my family relationships? •How does knowing that ‘love never ends’ reshape the way I choose to love my parents, my children?

    God’s Watchmen

    Ezekiel 33:1–11

Introduction: What would you do if your sleeping roommate was unaware that the apartment next door was on fire? I. The Message of the Watchman – Sound the Alarm * Warning of judgment  * Invitation to hope  * Proclamation of the gospel  II. The Means of the Watchman – Speak the Word * Use your mouth  * Depend on the Spirit  * Build relationships  III. The Motivation of the Watchman – Fear the Lord, Love the People * The Lord has entrusted us with the message  * The people need to hear  * Their response is not our business  Conclusion Our confidence in evangelism does not come from believing that we can persuade people into the kingdom. Our confidence comes from knowing that God is sovereign over salvation. Therefore, we faithfully proclaim the gospel, depend on the Holy Spirit, pray for those who hear, and trust God with the results.
